Kolcuoglu Demirkan Kocakli has promoted Neyzar Unubol and Begum Bicer Ilikay to Partner.
Unubol, who leads the firm’s competition law practice, has been with Kolcuoglu Demirkan Kocakli since 2019. Earlier, she worked for the Turkish Competition Authority as a competition expert between 2007 and 2019.
Bicer Ilikay focuses on dispute resolution, compliance, and internal investigations. She has been with the firm since 2016 when she joined as an Associate before becoming a Senior Associate in 2019, a Managing Associate in 2022, and a Counsel in 2024. Earlier, she worked for DLA Piper as an Associate between 2012 and 2016.
