Aksan has advised Belkofleks Ambalaj and the company’s founding shareholder on a two-step transaction involving a private equity investment from SME Fund TR.
Belkofleks Ambalaj is a Turkish manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions.
According to Aksan, the transaction comprised a partial transfer of existing shares to SME Fund TR, alongside the fund’s participation in a concurrent capital increase through the subscription of newly issued shares. The structure enabled SME Fund TR to enter the company as an investor while supporting Belkofleks' continued growth through fresh capital.
The Aksan team included Senior Partner Onur Ergun and Associate Gokcenaz Kaya.
