Paksoy, working with Latham & Watkins, has advised Amphenol Corporation on its acquisition of CommScope’s Connectivity and Cable Solutions business.
According to Paksoy, Amphenol, a provider of high-technology interconnect, sensor, and antenna solutions, entered into an agreement to acquire CommScope’s CCS business, which includes a subsidiary operating in Turkiye.
The Paksoy team included Partners Serdar Ildirar and Togan Turan and Associates Husna Cilova, Emre Acikgoz, and Sabiha Ulusoy.
