Dentons' Turkish affiliate law firm of Balcioglu Selcuk Eymirlioglu Ardiyok Keki Attorney Partnership has advised Ekaterra Group Holdings on the sale of its shares in Lipton Cay Uretim to Ozgur Cay Sanayi.
Lipton Cay Uretim is Lipton's Turkish tea production operation, which began in 1986 and has a production factory in Rize's Pazar district.
The BASEAK team included Partner Dogan Eymirlioglu, Counsels Sinem Mermer and Cisem Altundemir, and Associates Magali Uslucan and Efe Ozen.
