Avellum has advised Lignum Plast on a cross-border investment from Roodwild Participaties. SDM Partners, working with Von Boetticher, reportedly advised Roodwild Participaties.
Lignum Plast is a Ukrainian food packaging manufacturer.
Roodwild Participaties is a Netherlands-based investor. According to Avellum, as part of the transaction, Lignum Plast’s founders also acquired shares in a German subsidiary of the investor.
The Avellum team included Partner Yuriy Nechayev, Managing Associate Oleksandr Volodin, and Associate Yuliia Seredynska.
