Avellum has advised the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on a defense financing facility of up to GBP 1.7 billion guaranteed by UK Export Finance.
According to Avellum, proceeds will be used to procure air-defense equipment to strengthen Ukraine’s air-defense capabilities. The financing is provided under the UK-Ukraine Framework Agreement on Official Credit Support for the Development of Ukraine’s Defense Capabilities.
The Avellum team included Senior Partner Glib Bondar and Associates Andrii Kroshko, Elina Kryhan, and Ostap Kushnir.
