Integrites, working alongside Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, has advised Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp. I on its business combination with JSC Kyivstar, resulting in Kyivstar’s listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the KYIV ticker.
According to Integrites, the deal was structured as a SPAC transaction in partnership with Kyivstar’s majority shareholder Veon Ltd. and closed in August 2025 following Cohen Circle shareholder approval.
Earlier in 2025, Integrites advised on Cohen Circle's business combination agreement with JSC Kyivstar (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 7, 2025).
