AMV Law Offices Martinenko, Volkovetskyi & Partners has launched in Ukraine as a boutique dispute resolution law firm following a spin-off from Kinstellar.
Co-founded by Partner Olexander Martinenko and Counsel Danylo Volkovetskyi, who lead the firm, the full team also includes Managing Associate Mariana Antonovych and Associate Arina Kolesnyk, as well as additional administrative staff.
Before setting up AMV Law Offices, Martinenko worked for Kinstellar as a Partner from 2020 to 2025. Earlier, he worked as a Senior Partner for CMS from 2007 to 2020. Earlier still, he worked for Baker McKenzie as an Associate, from 1992 to 1999, and as a Partner from 1999 to 2007.
Similarly, before co-founding AMV Law Offices, Volkovetskyi worked for Kinstellar, firstly as a Senior Lawyer from 2016 to 2021 and then as a Managing Associate from 2021 to 2025. Earlier, he worked for Avellum as an Associate, from 2013 to 2016, as well as for Selepey, Volkovetsky & Partners as a Junior Lawyer from 2011 to 2013.
