Sayenko Kharenko has advised EIFO on financing under Denmark’s DKK 1 billion defense guarantee program for Ukraine. 

According to Sayenko Kharenko, with up to 70% state-backed coverage and an optional direct loan from EIFO, Danish companies can enter with reduced risk, from R&D and advanced manufacturing to maintenance, logistics, and infrastructure.

The Sayenko Kharenko team included Partner Anton Korobeynikov, Senior Associate Vladyslava Mitsai, and Junior Associate Artem Medvetskyi.
