Integrites Co-founding Partner Ruslan Bernatsky has left the firm and will continue his career with IC Partners, an investment firm he established earlier in 2025. Following Bernatsky's departure, Integrites has announced it is rebranding to Impacta Law.

According to the firm, Impacta Law will continue to "advise national and international clients in Ukraine with a focus on energy, defence, infrastructure, agriculture, pharma and other sectors, which have been fuelling Ukraine’s economy."
The transition is expected to complete by December 31, 2025.
