Wolf Theiss has advised Centaurus Group member AGENA3000 on its acquisition of DocProcess from founders Liviu and Daniela Apolozan and private equity fund Morphosis Capital.
DocProcess is a Romanian digital document management and business process automation provider.
According to Wolf Theiss, AGENA3000 develops data-management software for manufacturers, brands, and retailers, offering PIM, EDI, e-invoicing, TPM, data pool, and content-management solutions. DocProcess, founded in 2005, operates in Romania and France and serves more than 3,500 clients.
The Wolf Theiss team included Partners Ileana Glodeanu and Anca Jurcovan, Counsels Mihai Coada, Andreea Stan, and Flavius Florea, Senior Associate Ioana Iacob, and Associates Andrei Costea, Vlad Catana, Marius Moldoveanu, and Claudia Andreescu.
