The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
Guala Closures is part of Investindustrial, a European investment group that invests in mid-market private companies.
Kunststoffwerk Kremsmuenster is an Austrian maker of plastic closures and precision dosing devices for the pharma and consumer packaging sectors.
