Wolf Theiss has advised Raiffeisen Digital Bank on a non-performing loan portfolio sale in Poland.

According to Wolf Theiss, the transaction marks Raiffeisen Digital Bank’s entry into the Polish secondary NPL market and is among the first deals to reflect the implementation of national legislation transposing the EU Non-Performing Loan Directive 2021/2167.

Raiffeisen Digital Bank is an Austria-based digital bank operating exclusively online, offering fully digital consumer loans and banking services.
