SPCG Advises Termo-Organika on Sale of Majority Stake to Soprema

SPCG has advised Termo Organika, its minority shareholders, and its financial partner NPN II on the sale of a majority stake in Termo Organika to Holding Soprema S.A. Drzewiecki & Tomaszek advised Soprema on the deal.

The Termo Organika management board will remain unchanged, and the existing managers will continue to be its partners and will continue to be responsible for business development. 

Termo-Organika was founded in 1997 in Mielec, Poland, and is the largest producer of polystyrene boards in the country. Soprema, founded in Strasbourg in 1908, specializes in waterproofing and insulation of buildings and civil engineering.

The SPCG team included Partners Jakub Gorski and Lukasz Ziecina, Senior Associate Lukasz Przyborowski, Associate Jakub Puciato, and Junior Associate Jakub Zielinski.

The Drzewiecki & Tomaszek team included Partners Dariusz Oleszczuk, Julian Bielecki, and Sabina Kubsik.
