SBH Law Offices has advised Zubr Capital, a private equity fund from Belarus, on its investment in MediaCube, a developer of IT solutions for video creators and musicians.
MediaCube designs and develops IT-solutions to help video-creators and musicians distribute and monetize their content on different platforms while protecting their copyright. Its partners include YouTube and TikTok.
