Clyde & Co has advised Panattoni on financing for the Panattoni Park Bierun I investment project from Alior Bank. CMS advised the bank.
According to Clyde & Co, Alior Bank granted development facilities and VAT for the realization of the industrial project in Bierun. "Panattoni Park Bierun I is a modern industrial park located in a strategic area close to the main transport arteries of the Silesia region. Its first tenant is Nodium Group, the owner of Sport-Shop.pl."
The Clyde & Co team included Counsel Michal Kalicki, Associate Marcin Lorenc, and Junior Associate Ryszard Rutkowski.
The CMS team included Partner Jakub Wieczorek, Senior Associates Karolina Zajac and Bartlomiej Baranski, and Lawyers Kinga Smarduch and Mateusz Tymowski.
