Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii, working with D'Ornano Partners, has advised the Orange Group on the post-acquisition merger between Orange Romania and Orange Romania Communications.
According to the firm, the goal of the merger is to create a fully converged telecommunications operator by integrating OROC into ORO.
In 2020, PNSA advised on Orange Group's acquisition of Telekom Romania (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 17, 2020).
