Gessel has advised ACP Credit on an up to PLN 50 million financing package for Poland's iTaxi.
ACP Credit provides the senior strategy of the ACP Group, formerly known as Mezzanine Management. It provides growth capital to mid-market businesses.
iTaxi is a taxi solution provider based in Poland, with nine years on the market. iTaxi offers applications for private cab rides, boasting "a variety of features making taking a cab easy and safe."
According to Gessel, "iTaxi aims to apply the funds towards continued growth through acquisitions and investments in environmentally friendly solutions."
Back in 2023, Gessel advised ACP Credit on a financing for Punkta (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 5, 2023).
