Clyde & Co has recently announced that Michal Kalicki, formerly of WKB Lawyers, joined its Warsaw office as a Counsel and the Head of the Banking and Finance team.
Kalicki "brings 20 years’ experience in advising both lenders and sponsors on a wide range of financing requirements," the firm reported. Before joining his new team, he spent four and a half years with WKB Lawyers as a Counsel, another six and a half with Wardynski & Partners as a Senior Associate, and a year and a half with Eversheds Sutherland Poland, between 2011 and 2012. He started out as an Associate with White & Case, where he spent six and a half years between 2004 and 2011.
Clyde & Co opened its Warsaw office in early 2024, with Partners Arkadiusz Krasnodebski, Agnieszka Kulinska, and Radoslaw Goral at the helm (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 9, 2024).
