Schoenherr, working with Ashurst, has advised Ergo Vorsorge Lebensversicherung and DKV Deutsche Krankenversicherung on the EUR 90 million refinancing for Vantage Group’s rental housing portfolio in Poland.
Ergo and DKV are insurance companies.
Vantage Group is part of TAG Immobilien, a property company from Germany.
According to Schoenherr, “the financing supports over 2,500 existing rental units and 1,200 units under construction, underlining Vantage's high market potential.”
The Schoenherr team included Partner Weronika Kapica, Senior Attorney at Law Adam Nowosielski, and Associates Aleksandra Golawska, Roza Szatan, and Karolina Samocik.
