Motieka & Audzevicius has assisted the Publicum Group with its acquisition of digital marketing agency Socialus Marketingas from private individuals. The sellers were reportedly advised by Ellex Valiunas.
The M&A team consisted of Partner Giedrius Kolesnikovas, Associate Rokas Jankus, and Junior Associate Laurynas Ramonas.
