Act Legal Poland has advised Finland's YIT Development on the purchase of a land lot in Sadyba, Warsaw, on which it plans to construct nearly 300 apartments.
YIT operates in Finland, Russia, Scandinavia, the Baltic States, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia. It has been operating in Warsaw for over three years.
