Stratulat Albulescu Advises London Partners on Land Acquisition in Bucharest
Stratulat Albulescu has advised London Partners on its acquisition of a 29,000 square meter plot in the Expozitiei area of Bucharest.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, the acquisition was made for a “mixed project, yet to be determined, with plans to expand residential investments outside of Bucharest."
The Stratulat Albulescu team was led by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and included Partner Corneliu Popa, Senior Associate Tudor Ciambur, and Associate Daiana Assoum.
