Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advised Morphosis Capital on its investment in Doc Process SRL.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, this is the first deal for Morphosis Capital, a private equity fund that was last year to focus on growth capital investments in Romanian Small and Medium Enterprises. The fund plans to invest between EUR 5 and 15 million in local SMEs, operating in consumer goods, FMCG, health care, and the business-to-business sectors.
Doc Process is a tech start up that has developed a cloud finance and accounting automation solution based on Robotic Process Automation and e-invoicing, The company was launched in 2005 by Romanian entrepreneurs Liviu and Daniela Apolozan.
The Stratulat Albulescu team was led by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and Managing Associate Cristina Man, supported by Senior Associate Sandra Frunzulica.
