Biris Goran Advises on InteRo's Sale of Bucharest Plot to Skanska
Biris Goran has advised InteRo Property Development Estates SRL on its sale of a 26,200 square meter plot in the northern part of Bucharest to Skanska.
The plot of land will be used to develop a new office building complex next to Bucharest's Jiului subway station.
The Biris Goran team was led by Partner Raluca Nastase.
