Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Dedeman on the acquisition of The Bridge, a new office project in Bucharest with approximately 80,000 square meters of leasable area, from Forte Partners. The seller was counseled by PeliFilip.
According to PNSA, ”this is considered by specialists the largest deal on the Romanian real estate market in 2018.”
Dedeman was fouded by entrepreneurs Dragos and Adrian Paval, and PNSA describes it as "the biggest Romanian entrepreneurial company, with a turnover above EUR 1 billion."
