Alliance Legal CG is representing the interests of Evgeniy Lebedev, the founder of the pro100business social Internet community, before the Central Court of Chelyabinsk.
According to Alliance Legal, "the case concerns the lawsuit of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Chelyabinsk Region against the owners of multiple domain names for closing websites containing information related to cryptocurrency. The Prosecutor’s case targets the members of the pro100business community because they are users of the international trading platform AirBitClub, which allows people to access cryptocurrency exchanges. The Central Bank and the Prosecutor’s Office alleged the existence of a financial pyramid in these business activities."
According to Alliance Legal," the Prosecutor’s office is yet to provide an adequate explanation” as to why Lebedev is being targeted as well, other than that "his Internet resource actively acquaints users with the crypto industry.”
The next court hearing for the case will take place on July 22, 2019.
