Sayenko Kharenko has represented the interests of Kyivguma LLC, a Ukrainian producer of rubber caps for medical purposes, in an anti-dumping investigation related to imports of rubber caps originating in Poland and China for medical purposes.
According to Sayenko Kharenko, its work included drafting an application on the initiation of the investigation; drafting comments on different issues (including the answers of foreign producers to questionnaires, materials of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine on the results of the investigation, and so on), preparing answers to questionnaires, providing representation during an on-the-spot verification, and participating in hearings and drafting post-hearing submissions, among other things.
The Sayenko Kharenko team was led by Partner Anzhela Makhinova and included Associates Ivan Baranenko, Victoriia Mykuliak, Anastasiia Koltunova, and Tetiana Tanchyn.
