Baker McKenzie has advised Kingspan Group on the pre‑construction phases of its EUR 280 million building technology manufacturing campus near Lviv, Ukraine.
Kingspan Group operates in more than 80 countries, with over 273 manufacturing facilities around the world. It employs over 27,000 people globally. According to Baker McKenzie, "Kingspan's investment in this new facility marks the first major commitment by a Western business since the full-scale invasion began. The new campus is expected to create over 700 jobs and will produce advanced insulation, energy-efficient building materials, and district heating solutions, all of which will contribute significantly to Ukraine's reconstruction efforts."
