Filip & Company has advised Arobs Transilvania Software on the share capital increase operation through which it has raised EUR 28.7 million.
AROBS Transilvania Software is a provider of IT solutions and customized software and is also the largest technology company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Earlier in 2024, Filip & Company advised on Arobs' acquisition of Infobest (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 29, 2024). In 2023, Filip & Company advised the software developer on the transfer of its shares to the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on September 19, 2023).
