Clifford Chance has advised Airbus Defence and Space on a lease agreement for three UHF TACSAT satellite channels on a communications satellite with Polish Cyber Defence Forces.
According to Clifford Chance, the contract covers a period of 15 years, during which the telecommunications resources will be utilized by the Polish Cyber Defence Forces Component Command.
The Clifford Chance team included Partner Marcin Cieminski, Counsels Piotr Bogdanowicz and Krzysztof Hajdamowicz, and Associate Martyna Sieczka.
