Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has advised Aaylex One on a EUR 20 million loan facility granted by a syndicate of banks.
According to NNDKP, the syndicate included "CEC Bank S.A. and Alpha Bank Romania S.A. and the facility granted is secured by a guarantee issued by Exim Banca Romaneasca in the name and on behalf of the state."

NNDKP advised Aaylex One on a RON 431 million syndicated facility agreement in 2022 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 25, 2022) and on Aaylex Groups's acquisition of Banvit Foods in 2021 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on May 13, 2021).
The NNDKP team included Partner Voinescu and Senior Associate Catalina Dan.
NNDKP was unable to disclose additional information on the deal.
