PeliPartners has advised WDP on the acquisition of the Arad Business Park logistics center.
WDP is a Romanian logistics construction company. The park has a total area of 42,000 square meters.
“The acquisition of Arad Business Park is a strategic transaction, both for WDP and for the Romanian logistics market,” commented WDP COO Adrian Vitelary.
PeliPartners’ team included Partner Oana Badarau, Senior Associate Madalina Fildan, and Associates Adrada Bogeag and Delia Catrina.
PeliPartners could not disclose further information on the deal.
