Airsol is a fully owned subsidiary of SOL, an Italian multinational group operating in the technical, industrial, and medicinal gases sectors.
MedAir Oxygen Solutions is a Romanian company active in home medical care.
The Wolf Theiss team included Managing Partner Bryan Jardine, Senior Associate Andreea Carare, and Associate Marius Moldoveanu.
