SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska has advised industrial and logistics real estate developer Panattoni on its sale of the Panattoni Park Poznan XI complex located in Zerniki. Greenberg Traurig reportedly advised the purchaser.
According to the firm, the asset is a fully commercialized complex just outside Poznan and includes two buildings, with tenants DHL Supply Chain and Arvato, two international supply chain management companies.
The SKJB team was led by Partner Anna Brzoza-Ostrowska and included Counsel Izabela Kultys and Associate Natalia Stys.
