Sorainen has advised Eiffel Investment Group on a EUR 20 million debt financing provided by the Eiffel Energy Transition III fund to Envolve Capital.
According to Sorainen, the financing will support the construction and commissioning of a 177-megawatt portfolio of solar and wind projects across Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland, accelerating the deployment of critical energy transition infrastructure in the region.
The Sorainen team included Partners Augustas Klezys, Asta Augutyte‑Rapkeviciene, and Rudolfs Engelis, Counsels Lina Aleknaite - van der Molen and Natalija Gravele, Senior Associates Gabriele Raizyte and Simonas Slitas, and Associate Dominykas Kulakas.
