Filip & Company has advised the Adrem group on the sale of 20% of the shares in Adrem Energy Solutions to ROCA Investments. Popovici, Nitu & Asociatii advised ROCA Investments.
According to Filip & Company, the transaction marks a strategic step in strengthening Adrem’s position in the energy services market by facilitating access to additional resources and expertise for future development.
