Bernitsas Law has advised Helleniq Energy Holdings on the EUR 33.5 million joint financing of its subsidiary Hellenic Petroleum Digital by Alpha Bank and the Recovery and Resilience Fund.
"The funds will be used for the financing of Hellenic Petroleum Group’s digital transformation program," Bernitsas Law informed.
Helleniq Energy Holdings is an energy group in Southeastern Europe with activities in the energy value chain in six countries. Alpha Bank is a Greek bank.
