Vista Vision is a provider of healthcare services specializing in ophthalmic and refractive surgery. According to Kinstellar, the transaction includes the indirect acquisition of 100% of the shares in two Romanian subsidiaries: Vista Vision and SIM Vision.
The Kinstellar team included Partner Zsuzsa Csiki, Special Counsel Claudia Popescu, Managing Associate Mihai Stan, Senior Associate Cosmin Vasilescu, Associates Ioana Popescu and Dana Sarbu, and Junior Associate Teodora Nicoschi.
