Kinstellar Advises Mitiska REIM on EBRD’s Entry into Slovak Retail Parks Joint Venture

Kinstellar has advised Mitiska REIM investment fund Mitiska European Real Estate Partners 3 on the entry of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development into a joint venture with property developer OPC Group for the development and operation of five retail parks in Slovakia.

According to Kinstellar, the joint venture covers retail parks located in Liptovsky Mikulas, Skalica, Sladkovicovo, Ziar nad Hronom, and Velke Kapusany. The EBRD entered the partnership through its investment vehicle MEREP 3 CEE CIV CommV with the goal of supporting the development of sustainable commercial real estate in the region. 

Earlier in 2025, Kinstellar advised Mitiska REIM on the acquisition of land in Bratislava (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 5, 2025).
