Andrzej Debiec, Katarzyna Debinska-Pietrzyk, Wojciech Marchwicki, Piotr Skurzynski, and Agnieszka Szczodra-Hajduk have joined Roedl & Partner as Partners alongside a wider ex-Hogan Lovells team of 14 lawyers.
Debiec, who primarily focuses on tax, was a Partner at Hogan Lovells between 2000 and 2025. Earlier, he was a Partner with CMS between 1999 and 2000 and, earlier still, a Partner with Jeantet between 1992 and 1999.
Debinska-Pietrzyk’s primary area of focus is real estate. Before the move, she was a Partner with Hogan Lovells between 2022 and 2025. Earlier, she was a Local Partner with DWF between 2019 and 2021 as well as a Partner with CMS between 2017 and 2019. Earlier still, she worked for Baker McKenzie between 2006 and 2017.
Marchwicki is a dispute resolution specialist. Before joining Roedl & Partner, he was with Hogan Lovells as a Senior Associate between 2016 and 2018, a Counsel between 2019 and 2022, and finally a Partner between 2023 and 2025. Earlier, he was a Senior Associate with Wardynski & Partners between 2015 and 2016 and an Associate with Dentons between 2006 and 2012.
Skurzynski focuses on antitrust, competition, and economic regulation. Before joining Roedl & Partner, he was with Hogan Lovells as Counsel between 2017 and 2025. Earlier, he was an Of Counsel and Head of Competition at Eversheds Sutherland between 2015 and 2017 and a Senior Associate with Linklaters between 2005 and 2015.
Szczodra-Hajduk’s primary focus is employment law. Before the move, she was with Hogan Lovells between 1999 and 2025 and was the firm’s Head of Employment in Warsaw between 2022 and 2025.
