Gessel has advised the Lux Med Group on its acquisition of the Hifu Clinic. DGTL Law advised the seller.
The Hifu clinic is a Poland-based center for diagnostics and treatment of prostate cancer in Poland. According to Gessel, the clinic is staffed by 25 specialists.
The Lux Med Group is a Polish insurer and provider of medical services, including outpatient, diagnostic, rehabilitation, hospital, and long-term services.
Gessel’s team included Managing Associate Michal Boryczka and Lawyers Piotr Tracz and Erazm Dutkiewicz.
DGTL Law’s team consisted of Senior Partner Irek Piecuch, Counsel Sylwia Grabos, and Trainee Lukasz Masztalerz.
