Popovici, Nitu, Stoica & Associates has advised Ameropa Grains on its acquisition of the Mirosi/Caldararu agricultural base, including warehouses, silos, dwellings, and offices, from Net Farming, part of Agricover Group.
According to PNSA, “this transaction is part of an acquisition and restructuring program of agri-related assets launched by Ameropa Group in Romania involving the acquisition of various silos, storage and distribution facilities and/or business lines across the country.”
