RTPR has advised PragmaGO on the acquisition of an 89% stake in Telecredit IFN from Reconstruction Capital II Limited and Elisa Rusu. Schoenherr advised the sellers.
The transaction is contingent on regulatory approval.
PragmaGO is one of the largest non-banking financial institutions in Poland. It is owned by the private equity fund Enterprise Investors.
Telecredit IFN, operating under the brand name Omnicredit, is a financing platform.
