PFP, working with PwC Legal, has advised Investika on its entry into the Austrian real estate market via an asset deal, acquiring the CAE Aviation Training Centre from Proper Industrial. Dorda advised Propel Industrial.

According to PFP, the CAE Aviation Training Centre is a light-industrial and office property near Vienna International Airport, originally developed as a built-to-suit facility for CAE Inc. It has approximately 8,077 square meters of gross leasable area, is fully leased, and forms part of Investika’s long-term core strategy in sustainable income-generating assets.
