Teodorescu Partners has advised Autonom Protect on its acquisition of a majority stake in Romania's Nova Ria24 from Nicoleta Zamfir. Zamfirescu Racoti Vasile & Partners advised the seller.
Autonom Protect is an insurance services company and part of the Autonom Group.
Nova Ria24 specializes in technical, medical, and travel assistance services.
According to Teodorescu Partners, "this acquisition represents a strategic move to strengthen Autonom Group's market position by diversifying the portfolio of services offered."
