Ellex has advised Capitalica Asset Management on the acquisition of land for the Verde Office Complex in Riga, Latvia.
Capitalica Asset Management is a Lithuanian investment management company. According to Ellex, "it plans to expand the existing Verde office complex by constructing several new Class A office buildings with a total leasable area of 20,000 square meters. The expansion project is planned to be implemented over the upcoming couple of years, resulting in the Verde complex having a total leasable area of 50,000 square meters, making it the largest office campus in Latvia."
Earlier in 2024, Ellex advised on Capitalica Z114 Real Estate Fund's prospectus for a EUR 20 million bond offering (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 13, 2024) as well as on establishing the Capitalica Debt Fund (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 19, 2024).
