Bondoc & Associates has advised TDI Renewables and its subsidiary, the Romanian–Israeli partnership ASRA Engineering, on an international restructuring.
TDI Renewables is a renewable development company.
According to Bondoc & Associates, the restructuring is "aimed at splitting several renewable portfolios in Romania."
The Bondoc & Associates team included Partner Monica Iancu, Senior Associates Ionel Macovei and Matei Vilcov, and Associate Vasile Soltan.
