Ijdelea & Associates has advised the Romanian subsidiary of Nano Energies on obtaining a license from the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority "for the aggregation of both producers and consumers."
Nano Energies is a Prague-based green technology, energy equipment, and solutions company.
According to the firm, the Nano Energies license is the first of its kind in Romania, and the mandate included regulatory work as well as "advocacy efforts leading to the amendment, earlier this year, of the legal framework allowing for dual aggregation."
