Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has advised Globant on the merger of its subsidiaries Pentalog Romania S.R.L. and Pentalog HR Romania S.R.L.
Globant is an IT and software development company present in 33 countries with more than 29,000 employees worldwide. According to the firm, "the transaction was part of a global reorganization process that Globant designed in order to continue and accelerate its expansion worldwide, including in Romania."
